Rules

1. All pets on a leash and under control at all times. All Pets must have necessary immunization shots. Pets are to be kept out of the mini mall, Laundromat and washrooms. Pet excrement must be cleaned up and disposed of in garbage bins - by the owner. Excessive noise by any pet must be controlled. Any dog in the park that poses a threat to any person must be removed immediately.

2. No firearms or fire works on the property. Any fireworks must be used during Special Events -Approved and supervised by management.

3. Any improvements to lots (decks, driveways etc) must be approved by management; all lots must be kept in neat and tidy condition at all times. All personal items must be kept in Trailer. If it becomes necessary for management to clean your lot to our standards, a $50.00 Fee will be charged.

4. Quiet time is 10:30 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 12:00 AM Friday and Saturday. This is to be fair to all campers young and more mature! DISREGARD OF THIS PARK POLICY COULD RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION. Check out time 12 noon.

5. No vehicle repairs on lots.

6. All guests must register at the office and pay a $5.00 visitor's fee. Visitors must leave the Campground by 10:00 PM. Your guests are your responsibility - any damages or safety concerns are yours. If a guest on your site fails to pay, you will be charged the fee. No visitors are allowed to enter the campground after 9:00 PM. SUBLETTING of your site is strictly prohibited.



  • Any person not on your seasonal contract is a guest and will be charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to make sure that all of your visitors register at the office prior to entering the park.

  • One vehicle per site. Guests are to use the parking lot at the entrance or the one located near the Café.

  • Picnic tables are for your enjoyment - please do not carve or damage them in any way.

7. All fire pits must be left in original location. Please do not throw beer caps, cans or bottles in fire pit; Do NOT put cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire pits, they do not decompose and are considered littering. A “butt can” is available at your site; please use it. Firewood is for sale at the office. No cutting of trees or vegetation is permitted. No burning of garbage is permitted.

8. All lots must be left in the same condition you found them in. All garbage must be removed and put in appropriate bins, recyclables sorted and placed in proper containers.

9. Our Swimming pool does NOT have a Life Guard, Swim at your own risk. Children 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. No food allowed inside fenced swim area. No glass or bottlesallowed on the deck or around the pool area.

10. No foul language at any time. This is a FAMILYcampground. Loud parties, rowdiness, rude and immoral conduct; drunkenness etc… will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion without refund. Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and conduct of their children at all times. Children must not be left unattended in the park at any time.

11. Speed limit in the campground is "10 km per hour”. This is for the safety of everyone. When walking, please use roadways and walkways; do not cut across sites.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Occasionally there may be interruptions in campground water, sewer or electrical services. Such problems will be corrected as quickly as possible. There will be no adjustments in rentals because of such interruptions. NO REFUNDS FOR EVICTIONS.


 Liability


Spry Bay Campground & Cabins is in the business of providing temporary site accommodation for the traveling public. As such, Spry Bay Campground & Cabins endeavours to provide the highest quality of service available. Both the customer and Spry Bay Campgrounds & Cabins recognize that no matter how good the service is or how carefully the campgrounds are maintained, the possibility of injury still exists.

In this respect, the customer and Spry Bay Campground & Cabins agree that Spry Bay Campground & Cabins is not an insurer; the daily customer payment is for the use of the site and facilities only and must not be construed as an insurance against any accidents or injury to guests or loss of personal property or possessions of any kind. Notwithstanding any statute of rule or law to the contrary, Spry Bay Campground & Cabins shall not be liable in any way for any claim, loss, damage or expenses including without limitation any claim, loss, damage or expenses relating to personal injury of the customer or their guests even if due to negligent performance (including gross negligence). The customer agrees to indemnify Spry Bay Campground & Cabins and its employees with respect to any claim, loss, damage or expenses; including without limitation any claim by third party arising in any way hereunder. It is Spry Bay Campground & Cabins recommendation that the customer obtain a separate insurance policy to cover accidents or injury to self or guest or loss of personal property or possessions of any kind.


THE CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT MAY AT ANY TIME
REVOKE/CANCEL ANY PERMIT/PASS OR REFUSE ANY ENTRANCE TO THE PARK.

I/we, as registrant(s) agree to the rules and rates as outlined by this document and the management of Spry Bay Campground & Cabins.
