“We will be back... this is our new favourite campsite!!”
One of the best campgrounds we have ever been to. Great secluded sites with fire pits; a picturesque beach 2 minutes away (Taylor Head Park), wonderful fresh baked goods & pizza at the main store, and a well kept pool. The sites were very well kept as were the washroom/shower areas. The new owners seem to have done a lot to make this a great place to stay!!
We'll be going back!!! Take a look at all the sites. There is something for everyone!

“New owners! Awesome campground!”
Avelene and Danielle bought this place in 2010 and sounds like they have done lots of work. It's only 90 minutes from Halifax so easy to reach. We really liked our site which was close to the very clean toilet/shower building. Short walk to the store and cafe with WIFI & only $23 for a tent site. Best cinnamon rolls we have ever had...from their onsite bakery. The welcome and hospitality are warm and genuine. Avelene and Danielle are lovely. Hope we can get back this summer.

I lived in Sheet Harbour for 9 years, and remembered why I loved the Eastern Shore as soon as I began speaking with Avelene! I will highly recommend this spot for all of my friends and family visiting the area! I will be sure to mention the fact that your prices are ridiculously cheap! Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest campgrounds we have been to. The girls that own/run Spry Bay are an absolute delight. The bathrooms/showers/pool are all spotless. Well, we think we've found our favorite place to camp. Spry Bay Campgounds & Cabins is awesome. We spent the weekend there (July 26-28th) in one of the cabins for our anniversary. We loved it! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get away from it all. It has everything you need and more. And... being so close to Taylor Head Provincial Park is just a fantastic bonus.... the eastern shore is a gem. We'll be booking time for more weekends soon, great sites for tenting: we just bought a new and bigger tent and are very eager to try it out!
